Starting Pay: Weekly/per mile

Detention Pay $15 per hour after 4 hrs. $150/day max.
Extra Stops: 1st - $30, 2nd - $40, 3rd - $80, 4th - $100
Safety Bonus: $.01 per mile up to $350. Calculated Qtrly,
must run 29,000 miles per qtr.
Home Time Policy: 7 days out = 1 day off. Required Cycle
14 days out.
Vacation: 1 week every 30,000 miles*.
Vacation Pay:
From date of hire up to 3 years of service: $300 per week
$600.00 w/ hazmat
*All new hires will receive $300 ($600 w/ Hazmat) after
the first 30,000 miles, but not the week off.
*All new hires must run 60,000 miles to first paid vacation,
then every 30,000 miles thereafter they will receive vacation
time plus vacation pay.

All drivers will receive a "bonus" week off and pay if they run
126,000 (solo) miles within the year following their hire date.
Tractor Assignment: Assigned Equipment
Security: "Air cuff" locks will be sold to drivers at a reduced price
of $60.00. We will deduct in $10 dollar increments for 6 weeks.
We will buy the lock back for $60 at the end of the fleet members
employment or they may keep it if they choose.
Operating Area: 48 States and Canada
Freight Characteristics: 90% No-Touch
100% Lumper reimbursement
Mostly Drop and Hook
Average Miles per Week: 2,500 - 3,200 miles
Average Length of Haul: 1000 miles
Mileage Expectations from Company: 2,500 per week
MPG Expectations from Company: 6.4

Hiring Requirements for Regional Positions
Must be 23 years of age or older
Min. 6 months exp. with 45' - 53' trailer, crossing state lines, keeping log books, going through scales
No more than 5 jobs over last 3 years
No DUIs, or Careless/Reckless charges over the last 6 years
No license suspensions due to moving violations
Must be able to pass DOT physical & drug screen
